Your responsibilities

  • You develop new channels to communicate with customers such as App Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger

  • You contribute actively in the development of our CRM-Strategy and take responsibility for the operational execution

  • You create a content strategy to optimize the entire customer journey

  • You define and measure relevant KPIs and deduct the appropriate measures to take

  • You critically analyze and report about the measures you defined 

  • You are always up-to-date and monitor current trends in the E-Mail- / CRM-Marketing

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in the field of Marketing, Economics, Computer-Science or a similar qualification

  • You already have at least two years of Experience in E-Mail-Marketing/CRM or in a similar position

  • You are empathic and can intuitively predict the needs of our customers in order to create relevant concepts

  • You boast an excellent analytical understanding and make decisions based on data and your experience

  • You speak german on a native, and english on a conversational level

  • Your experience in the area of eCommerce and E-Mail-Marketing is excellent

  • You have a passion for detail and learn from mistakes

  • You are positive and enjoy your tasks

  • You are an excellent communicator and can easily simplify complex problems

  • You are a ‘Doer’, set yourself high standards and try your best to achieve them
